SUNDAY WORSHIP
The worship service on May 10, 2023 will be live from Mount Paul UC also it will be broadcast on Zoom. This week Rev. Emily will be leading the service at 9 AM at Plura Hills then again at 11 AM at Mount Paul. People are invited to attend Mt Paul UC every week to participate in the live service, or you may join with us via ZOOM to watch the service live from Mount Paul UC.

DID YOU KNOW that we have $137,000 in our trust funds for Emerging Congregational Needs, or approximately 4 years of funds at our current withdrawal rate of $35, 000 per year?
REGIONAL ZOOM BIBLE STUDY
Our next Regional Zoom Bible study will be on May 3, 2023 at 3 PM BC time. This Bible Study is co-led between Rev. Emily Cooke, Pastor Jane from Hills of Peace, and Pastor Barbra Groote of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kelowna.
ARM CHAIR YOGA
Pastoral Care will be holding a drop in arm chair yoga on Saturday afternoons. This will be held on April 29th from 1 PM to 2 PM. This will take place at Mt Paul UC. This is free for the Mt Paul UC Congregants. This is not open to the public. Mt Paul UC has already booked the centre for May 6th, May 20th, and May 27th from 11 AM to 12 Noon.
VOLUNTEER NEEDED
The Pastoral Care Team is looking for another person to join their team as the Co-Chair for the Pastoral Care Team. Commitment time is minimal and would be very much appreciated. If you are interested please contact Gaetan Gosselin at 778) 586 – 7188.
SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE
Effective this coming Sunday April 30th, 2023, Mt. Paul UC will be meeting at 11:00 AM for church services. Effective September 3rd, 2023, Mt. Paul UC will be meeting at 9:00 AM for church services for a 6 month period.
PLANT SALE AND YARD SALE
Mt Paul is hosting another plant sale and yard sale fundraiser on Saturday May 13, 2023.
Remember to bring stuff for the yard sale and any houseplants as well for this combined event.
SUNDAY VOLUNTEER MINISTRY SCHEDULE & REVISED VOLUNTEER MINISTRY FORMS
Thank you to all of the congregants who submitted the Sunday Volunteer Ministry Forms and/or emailed me with information for Volunteering for Duties. The new schedule will start on May 7, 2023 to October 29, 2023. A copy will be available for the Volunteers no later than May 3, 2023.

Posting Prayers Weekly
This week we are praying for the ministry congregation of: United Online Plant, University Hill Congregation, Valemount Anglican UC, Vancouver Japanese UC, and Vancouver School of Theology. As participants in the World Council of Churches, we are invited to remember and pray for the peoples of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
