The grace of our Lord, Jesus Christ,
the love of God,
and the communion of the Holy Spirit
be with you all.
And also with you.
OPENING PRAYER
Almighty God of power and love,
you bring us together as your saints
in the body of Christ we call the Church.
Help us to worship as a living sacrament,
your grace manifest to those in need,
led by the light of your Holy Spirit,
kindling within us the fire of your love,
so that our praise may go beyond prayers and songs,
and we will sing of your glory with our very lives.
Through your Son Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God now and forever. Amen.

Loving and compassionate God,
we all must acknowledge our failings
to be able to move beyond them.
In mercy, you offer us unconditional love,
that we may be open with you, and with each other.
We have not loved you with our whole heart,
instead turning to love of money, power, status, or comfort.
We have not loved our neighbour as ourselves,
turning away from hands reaching out in need to focus on our own
welfare.
We have not been stewards of your creation,
instead making war on the planet for resources and exploitation.
For our individual faults and for our participation in systems of injustice,
for racism, misogyny, homophobia and transphobia, religious intolerance,
ableism, and economic injustice,
forgive us one and all, and call us again back to justice and love.
We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Kyrie eleison, O God have mercy,
kyrie eleison, O God have mercy,
kyrie, eleison, O God have mercy,
kyrie eleison. have mercy on us.

The Lord be with you.
And also with you.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them up to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give our thanks and praise.
Blessed are you . . . to proclaim your goodness:
O holy holy holy God,
O God of time and space,
all earth and sea and sky above
bear witness to your grace.
Hosanna in the highest heaven,
creation sings your praise.
And blessed is the one who comes
and bears your name always!
Mighty and tender God . . . the mystery of faith:
Sing Christ has died and Christ is risen,
Christ will come again.

**CLOSING PRAYER AND BENEDICTION**
O Ancient of Days,
through the outpouring of your Holy Spirit
you comfort and bless all creatures.
Gather from the four corners of the world
all those who weep in despair or loneliness,
those who are hungry, naked, or poor,
those who have withstood oppression
and are bowed in anguish before violence.
Grant that they may rejoice in the new life
of justice and peace that you promised your people
through the compassionate witness of Jesus. Amen.
In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
our Mother, Friend, and Comforter;
the Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer of us all;
go with love and blessing now and always.
Amen.
